For patients seen on-site, clinic staff will lead patients into a private room where they will be able to see their psychiatrist or advanced practice nurses through a HIPAA-compliant video software for intake and follow-up appointments. On-site clinic staff are available to take vitals, administer medications, and assist in the case of emergencies if needed. For patients seen at home, clinic staff confirm scheduling and assist them with any technology issues so they are ready to see their psychiatrists on time.

Are services on-demand or scheduled in advance?

Our clinic partners contract for a specific number of hours per week. Services are delivered on regular schedule set times that have been mutually determined by the clinics and psychiatric providers.
